1. Services

We provide a platform for the Authors to get reviews for their books, published on different on-line platforms, including, but not limited to Amazon.

The Project can in no way be perceived as a way to get rigged reviews for money. We offer authors a convenient place where they can get a real evaluation of their work and get an opportunity to promote their work.

2. Eligibility For User of the Service

To use our Service an person should have:

• A published online book on any on-line publishing platform. As the majority of the Authors publish their works on Amazon, Amazon is preferred.
• Be allowed to leave a review on the platforms an Author takes the respective order. I.e. fit every standard on-line platform established for an active reviewer. For example, not to be banned, spend the specific amount of money for the stipulated period etc.

3. Pricing

The pricings shall be as per the pricing information published on our website. We reserve the right to determine pricing for the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. We may change the fees or charges for any feature of the Service, including new or additional fees or charges after giving you advance notice of changes before they apply. We may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of our customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, will not apply to your offer or these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

As a rule Bla-bla-books exercise no refund policy as Premium accounts give several benefits compared to the free accounts, which are intangible and cannot be returned. Bla-bla-books have only one-month recurring payments, so a user can cancel the subscription at any time and keep all the benefits of the Premium accounts until the term expires.

However, if you haven't used any features of Premium accounts (such as using extra credits, taking more than one order without waiting for the moderation etc.) we will return the money paid for the next period and set your account to a free one. You can raise the issue with our support team by the form in your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

This web site contains proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited permission to access and display the Web pages within this site as a customer or potential customer of the Project provided you comply with these Terms of Use, and all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices remain intact.

All rights relating to the Service not expressly granted herein are reserved by us. You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Bla-bla-books, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property as the case may be. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Project's Intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

The inclusion of any name, logo or mark in a product demonstration video on this site does not imply endorsement or support by any of those entities. A third-party name, logo, or mark is only used as much as is necessary to accurately refer to the respective products, books and services.

All names and other rights to the books are reserved to their Authors. We do not acquire any rights to the Author's works, information of which is provided by Authors except for the displaying, saving, and other limited use for the provided Services only.

6. Limitations

We do not interfere with, review, or influence the content of reviews written by participants.

We realize that any review below 5 stars may be perceived painfully. Therefore, we suggest supporting each other and respecting the work of others. At the same time, we are reminding that the buyer often reads, for example, reviews with a low rating, if the item has a huge number of positive reviews. For this reason, we believe that the main thing - honesty, validity and reasoned review, and not how high Author's work had been estimated.

We understand that hypothetically there may be situations where one person has already left a review of another participant's book as part of another project or as part of a private purchase. You cannot leave a review for a book that has already been reviewed. All points that you received for a review on other sites or as part of a private purchase, and which such a participant tries to pass off as a new review will be taken away and returned to the author.

We reserve the right to exclude any participant who abuses the site and (or) violates present TOS. We reserve the right to ban any participant who abuses the site and (or) violates these principles.

7. Third-Party Terms

The Service may include or incorporate third-party software components that are generally available free of charge under licenses granting recipients broad rights to copy, modify, and distribute those components ("Third Party Components"). Although the Service is provided to you subject to these Terms, nothing in these Terms prevents, restricts, or is intended to prevent or restrict you from obtaining Third-Party Components under the applicable third-party licenses or to limit your use of Third-Party Components under those third-party licenses.
